The artist’s work often explores themes of self-acceptance and inner beauty, inviting viewers into introspective narratives [25], [26].
NESAART's artistic journey is rooted in traditional graphite pencil work, a medium the artist has actively employed since 2014 [3], [8]. The artist is based in Indonesia and utilizes a range of graphite pencils from 2B to 8B, along with mechanical erasers, brushes, and paper stumps, to create detailed pieces on A3 paper [5], [25]. This foundation in traditional art, focusing on hand-drawn elements, forms the core of NESAART's creative expression [3].
While grounded in traditional graphite pencil art, NESAART also incorporates mixed media and digital techniques to enhance their creations [3]. The artist explains that their works are a result of combining traditional art with manual digital art, often using tools like Procreate on an iPad Pro [5], [25]. This hybrid approach allows NESAART to merge the tactile quality of hand-drawn elements with the versatility of digital manipulation, resulting in a distinct visual style [5]. One example, "Spread Your Wings," is described as "Graphite Pencils x Digital Art," measuring 3100 x 5000 pixels [2], [5].
NESAART's "Dreamland" series features several works that delve into themes of self-worth and inner beauty. "EMBRACE YOUR BEAUTY" [5] encourages viewers to recognize their inherent beauty and confidence, reminding them that they are "the most beautiful girl in the world" due to their soul [6]. Similarly, "THE BEAUTY INSIDE" [6] emphasizes the importance of authenticity, stating that "Beauty begins at the moment you decide to be yourself" [6]. Another piece, "I SEE YOU IN MY WORLD," [7] speaks to the artist's personal dreams and aspirations, serving as a reminder to create one's own opportunities and find clarity in their vision [7].
NESAART's artwork is available on various platforms. "Spread Your Wings," a piece featuring graphite pencils and digital art, has a reserve price of 0.500Ξ, equivalent to approximately $958.45 [2]. Other works from the "Dreamland" series, such as "EMBRACE YOUR BEAUTY," "THE BEAUTY INSIDE," and "I SEE YOU IN MY WORLD," are also available [5], [6], [7]. The artist utilizes platforms like SuperRare and NFT.NYC OneHub for showcasing and selling their digital art [1], [2].
